Youth Choir

St. Anselm's is pleased to announce a short-term choral program for young singers ages 9 to 12. Individual auditions will be scheduled throughout the month of February, and weekly rehearsals will be held starting in early March. The choir's efforts will culminate in a joyful performance at Easter Morning at St. Anselm’s.

Under the direction of Chris Kula, our Director of Music, children will experience the fulfilment of singing together in a sacred space while developing vocal technique, music reading skills, solfège (do, re, mi!), and a sense of personal responsibility. Drawing on his background as a former chorister in the San Francisco Boys Chorus, Mr. Kula has led and created many children’s choirs over the years and brings a passion for teaching young voices.
